Description

“Sharing with fellow tea lovers a tangerine peel tea paste we’ve carefully prepared.

Our original intention in making this tangerine peel tea paste was to enable everyone, regardless of their tea knowledge, to quickly enjoy a good cup of tea through this meticulously crafted product.

The preparation process is quite elaborate. First, we carefully select the ingredients: Xinhui tangerine peel 2015 years and 2008 aged ripe Pu’er tea.

The tangerine peel is soaked in clean water for 20 minutes, then the white inner layer is scraped off before being cut into shreds. The Pu’er tea leaves are rinsed with boiling water to remove impurities, then drained and set aside.

The tangerine peel and Pu’er tea leaves are combined in a pot at a specific ratio, cold water is added, brought to boil, then simmered over low heat for 60-80 minutes. The tea residue is filtered out while retaining the liquid.

Sugar is then added to the liquid, which is continuously stirred over low heat until it thickens. While still hot, it’s poured into molds or glass jars coated with edible oil, refrigerated to solidify, then removed from the molds.

Finally, it’s sealed and stored away from light, refrigerated for one month until completely formed into a paste consistency, then cut into blocks.”

The tangerine peel tea paste has an amazing taste – smooth on the palate with long-lasting sweetness and rich tangerine flavor. The distinct layers of tangerine fruit aroma and tea fragrance make brewing exceptionally convenient.

Our tea paste is not only easy to drink, but also helps regulate qi, strengthen the spleen, dry dampness, resolve phlegm, reduce fat, promote weight loss, boost metabolism, detoxify, relieve constipation, regulate intestines, resist aging, and beautify the skin. It can also relieve hangovers and protect the liver – the theanine in the tea paste accelerates alcohol metabolism, while tangerine peel flavonoids repair liver cell damage.

The brewing method for this tea paste is also very simple and quick. Below I’ll share several brewing methods for tangerine peel tea paste with fellow tea lovers.

Steeping Method: Prepare a thermal pot, add 1 piece of tea paste; pour boiling water and steep for 10 minutes, shake the pot before pouring to make the tea more even; can be steeped multiple times, with each subsequent steep extending the steeping time appropriately.

Boiling Method: Place 1 piece of tea paste into a pot; add 600ml cold water, bring to boil then simmer for 5-10 minutes; cool to about 60°C before drinking for smoother taste. (You may also add monk fruit or chrysanthemum for different flavors!)

Quick Brewing Method: Ideal for fast-paced scenarios like offices or business trips. Place 1 piece of tea paste in a cup, directly pour boiling water; stir for 5 seconds then drink immediately, recommended water volume 180-240ml. Features: convenient and efficient, preserves the tea paste’s original aroma.
