Description

Artisanal sun-dried White Peony white tea from Fuding’s high-mountain gardens. Delicate apricot-yellow liquor, rich floral fragrance, sweet and fresh taste—ideal for Gongfu, Western, or cold-brew methods.

Fuding White Peony – A High-Mountain Treasure
Grown at elevations above 800 m in Fuding’s misty peaks, this Fuding White Peony white tea (Bai Mudan) is harvested at dawn and withered naturally under the sun. The pristine terroir and pure sun-drying process yield a tea of exceptional clarity and sweetness.

Each infusion produces a luminous apricot-yellow brew that warms like early-spring sunshine. The scent combines tender downy “mao” aroma, rich floral notes, and subtle honeyed sweetness—true hallmarks of a premium high-mountain sun-dried white tea.

Our Bai Mudan white tea undergoes only two steps: withering under the sun and gentle indoor drying. This minimal processing preserves the fresh leaf integrity and nutrient-rich bud hairs, resulting in a clean, transparent liquor and a naturally sweet mouthfeel.

Tea Grade & Craftsmanship
As a second-grade white tea (Bai Mudan), it blends one bud with two leaves, striking the perfect balance between the richer flavors of Shou Mei and the silken softness of Silver Needle. Our artisans hand-sort every leaf to ensure consistency and quality.
